Hi everyone, Diana here!
Firstly, I’d like to start with how surreal it is to even have a headshot of myself that is taken at my own restaurant. It’s surreal. It’s insane. And I’m filled with gratitude and loads of joy. الحمد لله 🙏🏽
I still can’t believe it all started in my small kitchen, where I used to prepare and sell a simple salmon bowl.. and now that same bowl is one of our bestsellers and still ordered every day and is on every table.
@tetawouldapprove is where I share the heart behind the restaurant. It’s a tribute to my grandmother, the woman who taught me how to cook and how to lead with love.
Here you’ll find stories from my journey, Mediterranean flavors, and the values that guide everything I do. If it’s made with care and real ingredients, then Teta would approve.
My restaurant, @dianas.bh is an extension of me & a little capsule of all the things I love, the dishes that inspired me, the places I’ve traveled and it’s a place that I want my guests to call home.
I am planning on writing on substack soon and documenting or journaling my thoughts and a lot of behind the scenes too so stay tuned for that!
